Calidonia Olivares (Cabaret Coordinator)
Calidonia’s first role at age sixteen was as The Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland…since then she’s not cut off quite as many heads, but she has enjoyed expanding her acting roles. She has a penchant for singing every chance she gets, and was able to fuse two of her beloved passions, music and twisted humor, as a guest star of DIVA Brunch, where she debuted her song parody “Whore of Your World.” Calidonia was able to expand on this twisted-musical interest more recently by dipping her toes into the pool of playwrights’ as one of the co-authors of Annee Pocalypse (in which she also played the role of Mistress Flannigan). Some of her favorite roles include The Bakers Wife in Into the Woods, Belinda/Flavia in Noises Off, Betty in The Sure Thing, Joan Cusack and Benny in The Scooty & JoJo Show’s Mollywood, and Sabine in Hubris Production’s Red Noses. Calidonia looks forward to expanding her artistic growth, and growing with Hubris.
